Individual Design Coaching $450 every month • Unlimited visits Monthly Individually designed coaching with Coach Tiarra McGee

Youth S&C 4 week camp $250 • 8 visits A 4 week program that meets Tuesdays and Fridays 4-5 pm. Ages 10 and up.
Private Breathwork $222 • 1 visit This is a 75 min session either at the studio or on zoom. This session is with Giulia and she will guide you through the process.
Root Cause Session $222 • 1 visit Each session is one hour in length and is a recorded zoom session. The recording is sent to the client.
1/2 hour $75 • 1 visit 1/2 hour training with Coach Giulia.
Breathwork $35 • 1 visit $35.00 Breathwork circle in person or on zoom. Please bring a blanket and an eye pillow.
Nutrition Counseling $150 • 1 visit
